This video is a filmed interpretation of Vernon Scannell's poem, A Case of Murder.

The children who made the film at Kelvinside Academy in Glasgow, made much of Scannell's imagery and themes.

The art work and the use of green screen technology was all the pupils' work. I feel it could be a useful resource for teachers studying the poem with their classes

There are additional resources - storyboards, the poem itself, a shot list - that will hopefully be useful if you are teaching the text.
