‘A Level Law Judicial Precedent’ is a superb teaching resource for all law teachers since it covers the AQA, OCR and WJEC AS specifications. For flexibility and ease of use, these materials are divided into two separate sections.
Section A contains 40 detailed A4 case notes which cover the entire syllabus on Judicial Precedent. On the reverse of each case note is a worksheet with questions and discussion points to help stimulate deeper understanding of the points of law involved and to develop your student's critical analysis skills. These can be photocopied for your students to keep.
Section B contains differentiated A4 classroom materials (with instructions) that cement understanding of both the facts of each case, but also the point of law involved. These are dealt with separately in two distinct parts. Here, there are matching exercises, crosswords, gap-fills, word searches and dominoes - all complete with answers. Again, these can be photocopied or projected onto a whiteboard.
