A2 Health and Social Care Unit 15

These sort cards cover the 8 conditions referring to: Cause, signs/symptoms, progression, treatment/support and tests/prevention. I have 4 laminated copies - choose a different colour for each, this avoids getting them mixed up. My A2 students have enjoyed this activity they work in small groups and we had a competition to see which group could sort correctly the fastest.
