These word family word work centers are designed with real photographs. There are a variety of activities for students on all levels of word learning from writing to spelling with puzzles, clip cards and tracing activities.
What is Included:
Page 2 – Instructions for how to print pages 3-14.
Pages 3-14 – Full page word family posters/cards.
Pages 15-17 – Tracing Cards. Laminate these cards and place in a writing center for students to practice writing words that belong in the word family.
Pages 17-19 – Beginning Sound Cards: Students fill in the appropriate beginning sound for each picture.
Pages 20-22 – Spelling Cards: Students spell the words represented in the word cards.
Page 23-27 – Word Family Clip Cards
Page 28-30 – Sorting Activity: Sort pictures that are part of and not part of the word family.
Page 31-34 – Word Family Puzzles
Page 34 – Word Family Word Poster.
