The Managing Transitions from Psychiatric Settings Project, which was funded by DCSF and ran from April 2007 to March 2008, looked at transitional planning for young people leaving adolescent psychiatric in-patient settings.
The project highlighted the issues and needs of young people in those settings and identified ways to improve transitional planning.

For anyone interested in this subject that I am sure that this will not only interest you but give you answers to most of the questions that you might want to ask. I am not too sure as to how many mainstream teachers would find this useful regarding classroom practice.
