Advanced Stage drawing has been designed for students approx 13-16 years or those who would assess their current ability as: “I’m quite good at drawing, I draw often, but I want to improve so that I can draw and shade difficult things.”
At this level of drawing you are challenged to construct, measure, shade and draw a more complex group of objects, rendering shading and detail with greater accuracy and precision.
By the end of this stage students should be fully confident in drawing from observation and will only need to practise those skills further. The download contains: Advanced Measuring exercises, Advanced Shading exercises, Complex Drawing video (20 mins Plus assessment sheets. Contains 2 longer Windows format videos, 4 Powerpoint presentations and a fully illustrated marks scheme. This is an NSEAD recommended resource.
