I made these as we were using paper versions, meaning each child had a separate form - annoying. This format allows you to compare those in a similar level and see trends.
Levelled but shortened descriptors - look in comment boxes for rest of descriptor. Type 'x&' in selected cell to turn it green. Add names at the top of the sheet. This does not set level - teacher assesses. One page for narrative descriptors, one for non-narrative descriptors.
