AQA - America 1920-1972 - Bust - Social impacts of World War Two

An engaging lesson for students studying the AQA History GCSE. This lesson completes part two of the specification. The lesson allows students to investigate the social impacts of World War Two. Students are able to work in pairs or individually to examine the impact that the war had on women and African-Americans. Students can make a judgement on which group was affected more by the war and the lesson includes a homework task which will allow students to apply the knowledge gained during the lesson.
