AQA GCSE Religious Studies A (9-1) Component 2: Thematic Studies
This resource offers a selection of quotes to cover all the different aspects of the course. Quotations are an extremely important part of achieving the highest grades in the exams. I have found that my students with a higher knowledge of quotations and evidence are those who score the best. The resource is very simplistic so that when students are handed them, they have free reign on what they want to do with them! As we know, its important students commit them to memory and they won’t do so unless they actively do something with the quotes! As they are in PPT they can also, however, be printed onto card and cut up, or printed to be stuck into books or on index cards.
These would best be put to work in conjunction with the revision PPTs I have created on all the topics.
As a bare minimum I give theses quotes to my grade 7-9’s so they cement their grade!
