A broad introduction to the 'Reading' section of AQA's Unit 1: 'Understanding and producing non-fiction texts'. Using texts to do with the London 2012 Olympics, these lessons give students an opportunity to recall and apply what they already know about reading non-fiction, and also introduce them to the different ways of reading they will need to show they are able to do in the GCSE Language exam.
