This is a comprehension activity answering the question Are pigeons intelligent? It can be used alongside the TED Ed clip about pigeons or the Literacy Shed video called Pigeon Impossible but can also be used as a standalone resource. The first set of questions require information retrieval and the second set require inference and deduction. It comes with a choice of two optional writing activities. It is suitable for Y4 or Y5 or for older children working in intervention groups.
