Atoms Trionome Card matching Game
This card game and accompanying starter, flipchart (activstudio file), extension activity, and homework sheet is for an opening lesson on basic atomic structure and subatomic particles. The card game and homework sheet should be printed onto card. The game worked well using teams of between two and four depending on the ability of the group. The YouTube clip 'How Big Is A Carbon Atom Compared to a Coffee Bean' is a short clip that accompanies it well too.
