Autumn 2 Year 1 complete music scheme: The Highs and Lows of Life at Pitch Palace (Unit 2)

This 6 week unit of work is all about the Rhythmajigs, their notation, actions and colours. Each character has a song which you can teach to your class or simply listen to. The children travel on an imaginary journey to Pitch Castle, meet the King and Queen of Clefs, and learn about high and low sounds. The lesson plans look very busy- just choose one activity from each box if you are short on time.
