Autumn 2 Year 2 complete music scheme: Ocarock City (Unit 2)

6 week unit of work focusing on an imaginary journey to Ocarock City, where children visit different locations to learn to read and write rhythmic notation- the fairground, sweet shop and beat bank,.The Rhythmajig charaters, with their memorable colours and actions, introduce real musical vocabulary and concepts. Sheet music/ song pack and resources included. Note: Lots of songs are included- these don't all need to be learned, you can just listen with your class to the studio recordings (see song pack).
