Two important events from the early years of aviation history. The triumph of Lindbergh's crossing of the Atlantic which triggered the massive growth of the aviation industry and the later disaster of the Hindenburg which signaled the end of the giant zeppelin's as a viable form of air transport. Both are presented in an engaging comic book format and contain quizzes, worksheets and links to useful videos and other sources of information.

There is a need in literature and history classes to evaluate content presented in different media formats including visually and aurally.' I believe that comics and graphic novels can fulfill this standard and I hope you find this product an engaging way of teaching your students.
