This is a collection of basic French recipes that I use to teach my Basic French Cooking class and that I also use in first and third year French classes. They are simple recipes that I grew up eating in France. Recipes include:
Tarte aux Pommes (Apple tart)
Coquillettes au jambon (macaroni with ham)
Gougères au fromage
Soupe au potiron (pumpkin soup)
Gâteau au yaourt (yogurt cake)
and Pâte Brisée (tart pastry)
All of the recipes came from growing up in France and making these recipes over and over again!
