BATTLING GRAMMAR Card Game
Here is an exciting, fast-paced card game in which players summon fantastical creatures to battle each other while practising their grammar terminology. Aimed at upper primary school children it is an ideal way to get your class to practise their grammar terms in a fun way!
The children I have used it with have absolutely loved it, to the point where they are playing at break time, lunch time and at home. Additional cards can also be used as a reward within the class.
To activate their cards, the players must use their knowledge of different grammatical terms. Very much like the pokemon card game.

Love this! My students enjoyed playing. I love that cards from other sets are great classroom rewards. The grammar was a real challenge for my students (I have mainly lower level readers this year) so I'm considering ways I can simplify it and then work up to the full game next year.
