A lesson on the Nok civilisation of Nigeria, one of the oldest civilisations in Western Africa who were well known for their terracotta sculptures. The study on the Nok is followed by some quick comprehension questions to check understanding and discussion points for your and your group, and extended writing exercises for your students to work on afterwards.
