A weekly planning format which goes day by day, session by session. Including a focus, learning objective, activities box, success criteria, and a space of an evaluation box. Hope it is helpful to you. It's half filled in so delete my waffle.
Simple to use, easy to adapt. Created for Literacy/English lessons, however would be suitable for most other subjects.Includes spaces for Learning Intentions, assessment opportunites, outcomes, introduction and Input, main activity and wrap up.

Does what it says on the tin- nothing groundbreaking but it might save you a few minutes or just be a useful reference- I use them all the time to ensure curriculum coverage. ELG’s are obviously taken from CGFS, DfEE, QCA, 2000. Assessment Scales are taken from the FSP, DfEE, QCA, 2003. Topics also included; assessment.

Another fairly in depth planning sheet. I made sure that the back of the sheet has all of the names of my children on it ready for assessment purposes but you can add that yourself if you wish to.

An 8 round Christmas quiz
Consists of :
Round 1 – Adverts (Guess the 2015 Christmas Advert)
Round 2 – Christmas Confectionary
Round 3 – Christmas True or False
Round 4 – Christmas Dingbats
Round 5 – Celeb Photos
Round 6 – Christmas Movies
Round 7 – Stats Round
Round 8 – Christmas Knowledge
Its all on the powerpoint - don't show the pupils the adverts (you will need access to youtube); I have added a little comment about how long to play each one because some do say the companies name !
Intended to be printed and laminated for a wall display on literary devices. Uses examples from a lot of modern films (lots of Harry Potter!) to make explanations clear and relevant to pupils.
I hope it comes in handy.
RECENTLY UPDATED (Dec 2015) - New look, overview sheet has been added, better protection, objectives edited.
Assessment spreadsheets and tracking resources I've created using a 7-point system. Enter numbers 1-7 (which is explained in the introduction) into spreadsheet for learning objectives which will then calculate averages and a progress 'level' for the accompanying tracking sheets. The newly added overview sheet is a great addition which gives you an instant understanding of the current level of your children in maths, reading, writing and science. Who needs classroom monitor and the ongoing cost? This system, plus my foundation subjects tracking system (see link below), will be all your school needs for tracking progress in this 'interesting' era of assessment without levels. Please, leave feedback for this amazing resource!
NOW ADDED: Foundation Subject Assessment and Tracking without Levels:
