The questions relate to different sections of the story and are asked in the chronological sequence. As these questions are based on thinking skills, some answers will appear but others are open to different interpretation and debate. Following the questions is a task, which requires pupils to make up their own set of questions about the story, using a given template.
The second part of this pack is a challenging grammar task, testing various elements of English grammar, documented in the KS2 literacy curriculum. Each part of the task is modelled with examples. There is a printable version also available.
