Browsing Fortnight is an easy and effective method of encouraging peer observation in a non-threatening way. The rules of Browsing Fortnight are explain in the pack, but it basically consists of teachers observing 3 colleagues each term and reflecting on what they have learnt. At the end of the fortnight there are prizes which is great for morale!
