This comprehensive workbook for students contains all of the content for Section B of the Unit 1 exam - Working in the Hospitality Industry for the BTEC L2 Technical Certificate in Patisserie & Confectionery.
I have used it in lessons so that students don’t have to make notes (my students are low ability and struggle with literacy). The booklet also contains activities for them to complete as they work through the content, eg: matching key words and definitions or completing tables. It then serves as a really useful revision booklet for the students to use.
It is a word document so is fully editable - I normally put the exam date on the front cover, so this can simply be changed each year.
