BTEC Tech Award in Health & Social Care Component 3 Exam Scenario - Eva, 31yo

I have created a scenario for BTEC Tech in H&SC, Component 3. This mimics the exam with an introduction (location, medical history, family/friends/social interactions, day to day life), a supplementary piece of information, lifestyle data & physiological data and then goes onto give information to help design a health and wellbeing plan.

This is a case study on Eva who is 31 years old.

I have not added exam questions so that you could tailor this information into a lesson or an exam question of your choice (i.e. you might want to focus on a particular element of PIES for section A questions). I plan to use these as scaffolds within my lessons rather than an actual exam paper.

I will be adding more scenarios for people at different life stages. There are a range of other resources available for this unit too. You can find structure strips for activity 4, 5 and 6 here (https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/btec-tech-award-in-health-and-social-care-component-3activity-4-5-and-6-structure-strips-12054988) and additional scenarios as a bundle here (https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/btec-tech-award-in-health-and-social-care-component-3-exam-scenarios-12054995)/

If you purchase, I’d be really grateful if you’d leave a review for other people so that they can decide if they’d like to purchase too.
