A resource pack full of activities and worksheets for young people suffering from mental health difficulties. Aimed at people with depression but most activities would work for students with mental health conditions in general.

Can be worked through as an 8 session programme, or can be used in chunks and as separate activities- however you feel it would be appropriate.

In each of these 8 areas are a range of worksheets and activities which use CBT and general psychological principles. 80 pages long in total.
