Describing, adapting and planning a dish Level 1/2 Hospitality and Catering

I created this to use with Y10 Catering students to help them build a record of the dishes they have cooked to refer to later.

Can be adapted for different abilities and I used to laminate them back to back so they can use the sheet in the lesson when cooking and use a pen to write any changes on their plan to show how they can overcome difficulties.
