10 worksheets focusing on the five senses in descriptive writing.

Each worksheet comes with a different image and space for students to make notes on their initial impression of the picture and to bullet point what they would be able to see, hear, taste, touch and smell if they were there.

I have used these with a range of classes. They have either completed several to practice focusing on the five senses when writing descriptively or have used one particular worksheet and used it as a basis for planning a piece of descriptive writing.

These are also helpful for cover work, extension tasks and homework.
