For each story there is a SMART presentation to introduce the ‘Book of the week’. They share the story and pose ‘thinking questions’ to engage the learners with the text.
There are fully differentiated comprehension follow-up activities, as well as spelling tasks.
The unit of writing running throughout the three stories, is ‘Repetition poetry’, with writing frames included.
