Dragon in a Flap- Emotional Regulation for Autism & Beyond

Are you working with children who have challenges with perspective taking or regulating their emotions?

‘Dragon in a flap’ is designed by a Special Education specialist for use in mainstream and special education classrooms. This valuable resource can be used in and out of the classroom to particularly help older children with Autism (ASD) to regulate and manage their behavior.

Teachers, principals and behaviour staff can utilise ‘Dragon in a flap’ within the debriefing process. Students will gain insight into their own behaviour and the behaviour of others, after challenging situations arise.

In addition, ‘Dragon in a Flap’ also includes strategies to teach story writing and the fantasy genre. Students learn all about the elements of good story writing in a structured manner.
