Drawing the Golden Ratio
A powerpoint resource which guides students through the process of calculating the Golden Ratio. Requires a knowledge of ratios and how to express them as fractions and decimals. Also involves collecting data from the class and calculatng an average (mean). Intended to be used as an introduction to investigating the properties of this strange number.

This may be useful as a reference point before conducting an end of term investigation lesson into the golden ratio. It is easy to follow and provides plenty of scope for discussion.
