Early Readers activities
Inside this pack are resources to support early readers and is best suited for reception to year one aged children.

The pack includes;

A school to home reading record in which teachers can write and highlight specific points for parents to support their children’s reading at home.

Fidget spinner game use a fidget spinner as a motivational tool by encouraging children to recognise as many letters and sight words as they can before the fidget spinner stops.

I have, who has? Letter or word identification game. This game is fantastic for groups of children but can also be played by to people meaning it is perfect for classroom use. The child who has the card that answers the question to the previous card read that answer and then reads the question on that card. Children turn over each card they have read. The first child to turn over all of their cards is the winner.
I recommend that you laminate these cards before writing on them so you can change the words as and when needed.
