2 hour lesson. A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated PSHE lesson all about how we can maintain positive emotional wellbeing throughout life. Students will investigate why so many young adults suffer from mental health conditions, the different factors in life that can affect this and practical ways we can help ourselves maintain good mental health. This lesson has been created to fit new 2020 PSHE Association guidance for Health and Wellbeing.
This lesson is best suited to KS4/5.
