These three pdf resources, for primary students, use real stories as a springboard into lessons about emotions, worry and anger. Wellbeing activities and a Mindful moment are included to help you deliver a practical lesson. Please choose from the ideas I have described or use them all. Additionally, include other stories that highlight the same theme, to enrich your teaching. You will not find a set of photocopiable sheets within this resource; instead, use the activities I have designed with regular classroom resources.
