In this PowerPoint, students will be introduced to the key elements and essentials of dialogue writing; the main objective of this presentation.
The input slides have smart-art presentation for the key elements and vocabulary and meaning.

I have included a pop-quiz (can be downloaded for free) as a warm-up activity.
This is followed by 4 specific situations in context which can be used for writing session; individual work or pair-work. The end product for this should be narration and dialogue writing to show student’s creativity and language proficiency.

The detailed version of the objectives are included in the slides for teachers and students. Students from uppers primary to middle years could benefit from this PowerPoint as the tasks are pitched to their language and creativity level.

The last slide has notes for teachers.
