Scheme of work for Fashion Design within the Art & Design specification.
Lesson objectives are listed below:

 Develop the accuracy, individual style and detail of their illustrations.
 Develop their understanding and use of quality of fabrics to give their work more precise purpose.
 Develop their skills in the use and application of colour to create depth to illustrations.
 Develop their knowledge of the work of designers.
 Practice and develop their skills in the use of a pattern master.

 Develop their skills in the use of creative and flattering lines.
 Develop their knowledge of the fashion terminology.
 Develop their skills in experimental use of fabrics.
 Develop knowledge and understanding of fibres and fabrics.
 Develop knowledge and demonstrate of the finishing techniques.
 Develop their knowledge of the health and safety of working with certain equipment.
 Develop their skills in creating toiles.
 Develop knowledge and understanding of CAD and CAM.
 Develop their understanding of the development and process of designing a personal response,
