This fully planned unit of work includes 6 detailed lesson plans and a student task workbook (28 pages). The lessons are differentiated and include numerous tasks to increase student progress.

The 6 full lesson plans can be taught as practical or theory lessons. It was originally planned for classroom lessons, but can be adapted as necessary as includes fitness testing etc (as detailed below). This unit feeds into the GCSE PE specification and was planned to introduce KS3 students to the theoretical areas of physical education.
