Functional Skills Maths Diagnostic Assessment Levels 1 & 2 Revised Standards

This is a Diagnostic Assessment for Functional Skills Maths, Levels 1 and 2, for 4 rules, large numbers, estimation, squares,formula and order of operations. It follows on from an Initial Assessment
It is designed to be completed by a learner, to enable tutors to gain an indication of their specific areas of need.
A Tracking Sheet can then be completed by a tutor/teacher to provide an overall view of the learner’s skills and allows for a “spikey profile”. This will then inform an Individual Learning Plan which can be reviewed at regular intervals.
