Plan the cost of the trip, extract information from tables and calculate average cost for flights. Work out visa costs including % discounts and convert currency £ to $ see how much you need to take.
Task Three: Use the park map and work out the distance between your favourite rides using the stated scale. The work out the tie it will take you to get round the park and convert between Km and miles to figure out our speed then put all the information in a timetable and show a timeline of your day. Extension activity included working out how long you would need to work for to pay for the trip. Very engaging activity my learners really enjoy this paper.
One worked solution included although there are more than one correct solutions - my students are always surprising me!
