This is designed for the section 2.5.3 Effective Training and Development for the Business GCSE 9-1 from Pearson Edexcel. The content document simply takes what is provided in the specification – worth reading before delivering. The Powerpoint guides the class through the topic with information needed and generally short activities to complete along the way. Other activities may want to be included along the way to deepen understanding.
