This PowerPoint will allow you to deliver the GCSE 9-1 Chemistry Core Practical in which copper sulphate salt is prepared from copper oxide and sulphuric acid. It includes an easy-to-follow method to share with students, plus a brief look at how this method could be applied to a six-mark question.

The resources are easy to follow for teachers, readily accessible for students and are appropriate for Combined and Triple Science classes, Foundation and High-tier.

Other GCSE lessons (including other lessons on Acids and Alkalis) are available from my shop. They can be purchased individually or, alongside this lesson, as part of a whole-topic bundle.
