This accessible and clearly structured homework sheet is designed to help GCSE pupils consolidate their knowledge of the main themes and characters in Macbeth, Great Expectations and An Inspector Calls.

With direct questions and a model example, pupils can independently practice writing their own opinion of specific characters/themes across the texts and begin to embed relevant quotations.

In order to further solidify their skills, an insight into Macduff’s character development is also provided alongside spellings in order to develop their AO4 marks.
