An excellent resource for GCSE AQA Health and the People. 26 pages long and in lots of detail with illustrations and a clear and concise structure! This has been incredibly useful to my KS4 students while teaching the topic. They use it as a revision guide, but it is also broken down into clear sections in chronological order of how the unit appears in the AQA textbook i.e.
Knowledge Organiser 1 - Context - Ancient Greece and Rome
Knowledge Organiser 2 - Medieval practitioners and Medieval surgery
Knowledge Organiser 3 - Impact of Christianity on Medieval medicine
Knowledge Organiser 4 - Islamic Empire and Medieval medicine etc.
Knowledge Organiser 5 - Medieval public health vs. Medieval monasteries
Etc. See photos for examples of each page :)
I will be uploading my Health and the People Unit of Work over the next few weeks; each lesson links to each section on the knowledge organiser which makes it even more digestible for the students.
This revision guide includes key words highlighted in a different colour throughout, with a key word box on each section of the knowledge organiser.
