Presentation designed to be used in a History, English or a PSHE/General Studies lesson. Pupils are presented with biographical details of George Edwin Ellison, the last British soldier to be killed in the great war. A number of suggested activities are given at the end of the presentation but the “open ended” nature of the content provides a springboard for a range of learning activities including individual research, creative writing and class debates.
The whole presentation contains 15 slides with hyperlinks embedded throughout.
