Lesson based on the pilgrimage to the Golden Temple. This lesson is approximately 60 minutes long and therefore does not necessarily need changing/adapting. There is a range of resources provided - with a range of images and videos to meet different learning needs. There is also differentiated material provided for lower ability pupils and there is also a stretching and challenging activity for high ability pupils.
Excellent resource and good range of materials provided.
The Lesson Plan PPT will lead you through the lesson (planned with L5-8 in mind). The second PPT is for the 'round the room&' activity, and the activity sheets are for the &';demonstrate' task at the end of the lesson (differentiated depending on level). \nI gained the factsheets from another TES user - so thankyou! They were a real inspiration!
Our World, Relationships, Is it fair and Looking for meaning , board markscheme and various different text books to make sure that the pupils have more than enough to get top marks. I put the question up, get the pupils to tell me what they think the answer is, discuss it in relation to the mark scheme and what they already know and then give them the answer to write down in their books. I then set a hw for them to learn them off by heart and then test them the next lesson - although they moan, they actually like receiving grades! Hope this helps you. Please leave a comment.
