Hardwick Hall Environmental Study AQA GCSE 9-1
  • This guide is aimed at both teachers and students to help them study, revise and be prepared for the AQA Elizabeth Historic Environment question for 2018. I have broken down the main details into manageable chunks using the 5 W’s.

  • This guide focuses on the main concepts of location, function, structure, design, people connected to it, the culture, values and fashions of the time and how the site links to important events of the period.

  • I also have had it checked and approved by Carmel Bones who has said, “Your guide provides all the knowledge and understanding students will need. But more than this it allows them to go beyond the ‘bricks and mortar’ to know the context about the Renaissance, Great Rebuilding, New technology Peaceful nature of the country and the growing wealth and prosperity in Elizabethan England.”

  • I would welcome any reviews on this resource which would be much appreciated. If you like the resource, please check out my AQA Elizabeth Revision Guide, c.1568-1603 at my shop https://www.tes.com/teaching-resources/shop/PilgrimHistory
