History Literacy, Revision and Learning Tools

These work best at KS4 (can be used KS3/5) The 'Thinksaw' is an idea I got from a colleague in my first school, and I made it into a wall display. I add the grades A, B, C to the three parts once on the wall. It's a good aid. History and literacy are two things I'm trying to merge at the moment. The learning mats are my starting point. Just in case you don't know, a learning mat is something pupils have on their desk as they are working. I laminate them in A3 size. The source mat works really well when pupils are analysing sources. Hope they help.
