Dictionary Review is played with a partner who has a white board and a dictionary. The words the students will look up are the long vowel sounds. First, I tell the students the sound for that lesson. Next, I show them the definition. Then I give them a hint (the letter the word starts with or the picture.) Then, I ask everyone to hold up their white boards and I choose a team that got it correct to tell the word. Finally, I show the word and we move on to the next word.
