What causes knife crime? How we can stop it? What is the law around knives?
How can we deal with peer pressure? What can we do to keep ourselves and others safe?

Billy’s Wish Education Programme is free to use, and designed to explore and answer thequestions above.
Billy’s Wish is a charity fighting to stamp out knife crime through education and positive activity - set up by the family and friends of Billy Dove, an innocent victim of knife crime.
Suitable from Year 6 to Year 13, there are 3 ‘zones’. Each has a video commissioned by Billy’s family. They include Billy’s story and personal accounts of the impact of his death - told in increasingly hard hitting ways, with detailed lesson plans and powerpoint presentations.
Each zone is flexible - and can be used in a single session or taught for up to a half term
Zone 1 - Yr 6 includes a printable workbook
Zone 2 - Year 7 upwards
Zone 3 - Year 8 upwards
