Year 6: Ratio (Lesson 1)

This is Lesson 1 of a five lesson Ratio unit of work for Year 6 (or low year KS3). Lesson 1 involves the children being introduced to ratio and then going on to find ratios and express ratios in their simplest form.

Objectives covered:
Solve problems involving the relative sizes of two quantities where missing values can be found by using integer multiplication and division facts
Solve problems involving unequal sharing and grouping using knowledge of fractions and multiples

The entire pack can be purchased either on a lesson by lesson basis or as a five day unit of work.
