Key knowledge covered includes:

  • Heart Rate, Calories and Exercise Intensity
  • Weight Training, Continuous Training and Circuit Training
  • Muscular Endurance Muscular Strength and Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Training programme design including the principles of specificity and progressive overload (FITT).

Our fitness suite has two treadmills, four exercise bikes, two cross-trainers, two rowing machines and a few weight machines.
