NEW AQA GCSE 2017 Creative Writing Lessons

A bundle of picture stimulus led lessons, based around descriptive writing to meet the demands of the new AQA 2017 GCSE English Language Paper 1 Q5. Fully prepared creative writing lessons for KS4 pupils studying new 2017 English Language AQA Paper 1. Reference to AO5 and AO6 throughout. The lessons make use of formulas to equip weaker writers and provide them with a starting point in order to build towards 'sustained' writing. The third lesson challenges pupils to use nomalisation in order to increase their lexical density - perfect for more able/gifted and talented pupils and those who have successfully achieved the outcomes in the first two lessons.
